?????? At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs(CPIFA), Mr. Rolandas Paksas, former President of Lithuania, visited Beijing, Hangzhou and Xi’an from 12 to 18 April. In Beijing, Ms. Zhang Meiying, Vice Chairwoman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC), Ms. Fu Ying, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador Chen Yonglong, Vice President of CPIFA, met with Mr. Paksas respectively. Mr. Paksas was received by Mr. Zheng Jiwei, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, and Mr. Li Xiaodong, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress. The two sides exchanged views on Sino-EU relations and the global financial crisis.
