On Oct. 16, Amb. Cai Jinbiao, Vice President of CPIFA, meets with Mr. Rahul Chhabra, charge d’affaires of Indian Embassy at the institute. Cai gives the guest a briefing on the history of CPIFA and the recent activities of the institute. Cai speaks highly of the exchanges and cooperation between CPIFA and Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) and expresses that CPIFA is willing to promote the people-to-people relationship between China and India. Chhabra agrees that the two sides should further promote communication and cooperation via CPIFA. At the end of the meeting, Chhabra presents an album of India to Cai.
