At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), H. E. Mr. Abdulsalami A. Abubakar, former Head of State of Nigeria, attended the 3^rd Roundtable Conference on Sino-African Cooperation in Wanning City, Hainan Province and visited Beijing from Nov. 26 to Dec. 1, 2012. H. E. Mr. Li Wuwei, Vice President of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, met with Mr. Abubakar and his delegation in Hainan. Mr. Huang Xingyuan, Vice President of CPIFA, hosted a welcoming dinner in honor of the Nigerian delegation in Beijing. Xinhua News Agency and China Radio International interviewed Mr. Abubakar respectively.
