On October 8, 2013, Mr. Dai Bingguo, Former State Councillor and Senior Advisor of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs（CPIFA）met with Mr. Stephen Hadley, former National Security Advisor to the President of the United States of America at CPIFA and hosted a luncheon in his honor. The two sides exchanged views on Sino-US relations and international and regional issues of common concern.
