At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs(CPIFA)，Mr. Will Hodgman, Premier of Tasmania State, Australia, visited Fuzhou, Xi’an, Beijing and Shanghai from March 27^th to April 2^nd. During his stay in China, Mr. You Quan, Secretary of Fujian Provincial CPC Committee, Mr. Wang Hong, Minister of State Oceanic Administration, Mr. Tu Guangshao, Executive Vice Mayor of Shanghai and Ms. Wang Lixia, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province met with or hosted a dinner in honor of the delegation respectively. The two sides exchanged views on China-Australia relations and province/state exchange and cooperation.  Premier Hodgman also witnessed the signing ceremony of the establishment of sister relations between Putian-Launcestion, Hobart-Xi’an and the MOU between Tasmanian Tourist Department and Fujian CTS Group.
