Former U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen, Chairman &. CEO of the Cohen Group, visited Beijing and Tianjin from March 18 to 26, 2015. In Beijing, Mr. Cohen met with officials from relevant ministries and institutions and attended the Annual Meeting of the China Development Forum. In Tianjin, Mr. Cohen met with Mayor Huang Xingguo and delivered a speech at Nankai University.
