From March 16th to March 22th, former US Secretary of State Dr. Henry Kissinger visited China. In Beijing, Dr. Kissinger met with President Xi Jinping, State Councilor Yang Jiechi, Wang Jiarui, Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of CPC, Liu He, Chief of General Office of Leading Group of Financial and Economic Affairs of CPC and Foreign Minister Wang Yi. The two sides exchanged views on US-China relations and international and regional issues. Dr. Kissinger also attended the Annual Meeting of the China Development Forum hosted by the Development Research Center of the State Council.
