Ambassador Wu Hailong, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Jacques Godfrain, President of the Charles de Gaulle Foundation, at Diaoyutai Guest House on 31 October 2016. The two sides discussed how to enhance the cooperation between the two institutions, and exchanged views on other issues of both interests.
