On 7 December, Mr. Liang Jianquan, Vice President of CPIFA, at request, met with Mr. Rudolf Scharping, the former President of Social Democratic Party and the former German Defense Minister. The two sides exchanged views on the current domestic situation in Germany, China’s One Belt One Road Initiative, cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European Countries and other issues of common interest.
