On 23rd January, Liang Jianquan, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, met with Mr. Jean-Claude Barrere, the Director of the Charles De Gaulle Foundation. The two sides exchanged views on furthering cooperation between the two institutions and other issues of common concern.
