On December 11, Ambassador WU Hailong, President of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) and United Nations Association of China (UNA-China), met with Mr. ZHAO Houlin, Secretary-General of International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The two sides exchanged views on further enhancing cooperation.
