On April 11, Vice President Liang Jianquan met with Mr. Hikmat Hajiyev, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The two sides exchanged views on China-Azerbaijan relations, bilateral pragmatic cooperation and other issues. Azerbaijani Ambassador to China Akram Zeynalli participated in the meeting.
