On September 8th , Ms. Shi Ling, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) met with Ms. IngūnaVīksne, Charge d’Affairs of the Latvian Embassy in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on China’s economic and social developments, foreign policy, further cooperation between the two institutions and other issues of common interest.
