On February 8 and 9, Mr. Li Huilai, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Mr. Fan Huafeng, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Mr. Zhang Quan, Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Xiamen Municipal People's Government, and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between each other.
