On April 13, Mr. Li Huilai, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Mr. Hu Kaimin, President of Foreign Language Press (FLP), and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between CPIFA and FLP and improving international communication capacity building.
