On March 21st, Yang Tao, Vice President of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) met with Ms. Piao Yangfan, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO). The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.
