On July 11, Amb. Zhou Pingjian, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs met with Hon. Prof. Andre Betukumesu Mangu Mbata, Head of the Congo-China Friendship Group and President of the Political, Administrative and Legal Commission of the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of the Congo during his stay in Beijing to attend the Global Civilizations Dialogues Ministerial Meeting. The two sides exchanged views on topics of common concern.
